Cancellation and Refund Terms

1. Scope

These terms govern cancellation and refunds of project payments and Paid Services on www.projekurdu.com and the ProjeKurdu mobile applications (the "Platform"), and form an integral part of the Membership Agreement.

2. Project (Escrow) Payments

2.1. Cancelling a project or milestone that has not yet been funded is free of charge; the Client may unpublish the project via the Platform or by writing to bilgi@projekurdu.com.

2.2. Where a funded milestone is cancelled by mutual agreement of the parties before work begins, the milestone amount is refunded to the Client's Wallet without deduction of the Service Fee.

2.3. After work has begun, or where the parties cannot agree, refunds follow the dispute-resolution process in Section 8 of the Membership Agreement; the Service Fee is deducted in distributions made under that process.

2.4. Refunded amounts are credited to the Member's Platform Wallet; the Member may at any time request payout of the wallet balance to their registered payout method.

3. Paid Services

3.1. Services performed instantly in the electronic environment, such as featuring a proposal, are provided immediately after payment. For Members who qualify as consumers, no right of withdrawal exists for such instantly performed services under Article 15/1-ğ of the Distance Contracts Regulation; the Member is informed of this before purchase.

3.2. For periodic membership plans, the Member benefits from the service until the end of the period; whether unused periods are refundable is stated clearly on the purchase screen. If the service cannot be provided at all, the price is refunded.

3.3. The rights of Members who qualify as consumers under Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers are reserved; nothing in these terms shall be interpreted to remove consumers' rights under mandatory legislation.

4. Requests

Cancellation and refund requests may be submitted via the Platform or to bilgi@projekurdu.com. Requests are answered within 14 days at the latest; approved refunds are credited to the Wallet, and wallet payouts are made to the registered payout method.
