Every job you do on the Secure Project Platform is reflected as earnings on your profile and gives you an advantage in winning the next one. The client transfers the agreed amount into escrow in advance; once you deliver the work on time and as expected and it is approved, your payment is credited to your wallet. Your effort is protected.
ProjeKurdu keeps you safe as long as you work with the client through the site. We recommend not accepting offers to work outside ProjeKurdu, and remind you that every action taken within the system can serve as a record if a problem arises. Please share with us any client who suggests working off-platform.
Taking part of the fee as an advance and collecting the rest on delivery carries the risk of not receiving the remaining payment. On ProjeKurdu, you define each milestone and get paid as you deliver, so you work securely while growing both your earnings and your portfolio.
It is important to follow the milestones and deadlines in the Project Draft you agree on with the client. When you deliver each milestone, notify the client with the "Finish Milestone / Finish Work" button in the management panel. Once the client reviews and approves the work, the milestone amount is credited to your wallet.
When the client approves the milestone, the payment is credited to your wallet. ProjeKurdu charges a 5% service fee on completed work, which is deducted from your earnings. You can withdraw your wallet balance via your defined payout method.
Although all messages and the Project Draft on the Secure Project Platform serve as records, we recommend signing a contract with the client before you start in order to also protect your work legally.
We recommend not moving the process off ProjeKurdu by sharing your contact details. Messages exchanged through the system can serve as records and evidence in the event of a dispute.
First, try to reach a solution in good faith. If that fails, you can report the situation to ProjeKurdu with the "Report a Dispute" button. Both sides are contacted and effort is made to pay your earnings at the highest level.
Experts review a client's ratings before bidding. By leaving a review and rating after completing the project, you provide a reference for other experts and contribute to the platform's quality.
Before sending a bid, review the project details and the client's past projects, ratings and reviews.
Rather than only undercutting the average, set your own price based on the quality of your work. The client will evaluate your bid according to the quality they expect and their budget. Don't submit a "0" bid for a project you don't understand; ask the client questions instead.
You can change your bid amount until it is accepted and the project starts. Once the bid is accepted and the project begins, the process continues at the amount you gave, so be careful when bidding.
