Can I cancel a project for which I haven't chosen an expert yet?
Yes. Before agreeing with an expert and moving the payment into escrow, you can close your project at any time. Since no payment is taken at this stage, there is nothing to refund.
I want to cancel a milestone I funded on the Secure Project Platform and get my money back.
In this case, first report the situation with the "Report a Dispute" button. Your request is shared with the expert; if no resolution is reached, the relevant amount is refunded to your wallet after the service fee is deducted. You can withdraw your wallet balance via your defined payout method.
Please use the dispute report only in justified situations such as:
Repeatedly requesting cancellation when everything is fine may be considered bad faith and should be avoided.
How and when do I get paid?
When you complete a milestone, notify the client with the "Finish Milestone" button in the management panel. Once the client reviews and approves the work, the milestone amount is credited to your wallet after a 5% service fee is deducted. If approval cannot be obtained, ProjeKurdu steps in through "Report a Dispute" and makes every effort to pay your earnings at the highest level.
The following behaviours are considered bad faith; memberships may be suspended or terminated (repeating them with different accounts is subject to the same action):
